term tele-marketing (tele+marketing)
refers to direct marketing,
selling or advertising by
telephone. A tele-marketing
agent calls prospective
and preexisting customers
to buy products and services.
Telemarketing services can
be business-to-business,
business-to-consumer, outbound,
inbound or automated. Tele-marketing
usually involves live contact
by an agent to the customer,

entails one or a series
